I ate a late lunch today after I did some recipe searching and made a trip to the grocery store. I was almost 2:00 by the time I got home, and I was so hungry! I wanted something quick, so I microwaved a Lean Cuisine Chicken Philly Flatbread Melt and paired it with an orange:
The LC Flatbreads are one of my favorite frozen meals (next to the LC Paninis and Five Cheese Lasagna). Of course they are high in sodium since they are frozen meal, but this afternoon the convenience outweighed the nutritional info. I don't eat these often, though, and I will admit it was very good. I'll just skip my afternoon snack and drink lots of water to flush out the sodium.
I decided to make a veggie pizza appetizer for the party tonight. I thought if I am going to skip dinner and just eat snacks, I should provide some kind of vegetable. I'll post a picture later, but I am combining three different recipes that I found. You can see them
