Last Night's Snack

I was hungry again last night before bed, and I guess I was still in a salty, crunchy mood. I made a mini bag of popcorn and shared it with my boyfriend:




I actually prefer to make popcorn in a pot on my stovetop (2 t. oil and 3 T. popcorn for my perfect one serving size), but the microwaveable bags are good in a pinch. Also, it was the only kind at my boyfriend's apartment!
