Breakfast

I forgot to take a photo this morning, but this is what I ate:

1/2 Thomas Hearty Grains Oatmeal & Honey bagel
with
1 T. crunchy peanut butter
drizzle of honey

1 kiwi

hot black tea
with
fat free half-and-half



Usually on the days that I work, I try to pair a whole grain with a protein (usually a hard-boiled egg) to keep me full until lunchtime. Since I have today off, I opted for some fruit with breakfast because lunch isn't on a schedule. I know I'll be hungry sooner than I usually am without the protein!
